Collecting data for strategy evaluation

Hi!

Been trying to find an answer to this on the forum already but struggling to find it. I am trying out some strategies and would like to have a structured way of being able to analyze them (information such as bet size, time of bet, outcome, odds etc). Is the best way to connect an excel-sheet to my automation to do this or is there other viable ways? I have tried some example spreedsheet for evaluation but I don't get them to work properly.

Ps not sure if this is relevant but premier league is the area I bet on.
