Bet Angel Default Charts

Help please, I am going mad

Just received my new I5 SSD and want to start trading

I have been playing with bespoke charts and I have lost the default charts in Bet Angel

I have been to c:, Users, me, appdata, roaming, bet angel, bet angel pro and deleted every thing, removed bet angel, installed a new copy, launched bet angel

When I check in the folder I have no default charts beings displayed

Can one of the clever people tell me what am I doing wrong please, I am missing good quality trading days, thanks. I bet it is something simple

It is a Dell inspiron 13 2 in 1 windows 10

To reset the charts back to the defaults that were installed with Bet Angel Professional do the following

Close Bet Angel

Use Windows File Explorer to navigate to this folder: C:\Users\<YOUR_USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Bet Angel\Bet Angel Professional

Delete the files: advchart_imported.cfg & advcharts.cfg

Restart Bet Angel Professional and those files will be recreated from the installation defaults.

That's the issue

advchart_imported.cfg & advcharts.cfg are not in the folder after a clean install, so I am unable to delete them and restart as they are not in the folder

4 layout
1 user.cfg
No charting files

just removed all directories in program files (x64) and users, removed Bet Angel via uninstall, re-launch the BAP file, launched Bet Angel pro, it created the directories in users, no charting.afg files in the user directory

Only the files mentioned above

It should be noted, my first install worked fine, it was only when I messed with bespoke charting that it went wrong. Do I need to call in Bet Angel support or has someone else had this issue?

Sorry mis-read you opening post, When you log into the software and go into
settings>edit settings>charts>advanced charts

do you see any default ones in the left window or are they all missing

That is exactly what I see and no advanced charts in my roaming folder

Those are the default advanced charts avaliable with the latest version so your not missing any, theere did used to be more included in earlier builds of the software but they were slimmed down several releases ago.

OK, Thanks, I had them 4 weeks ago. Can you get them via the forum or do I have to create them myself, thanks for the help by the way

They will of installed with an earlier version then as you download new updates exsisting settings are kept (until you delete them yourself) then unless they are still part of the latest version they will be lost so you would need to create them yourself.
