that site is broken, badly, in both FF and Chrome...

Would be great if someone could look at that or advise what I'm doing wrong... e.g. there are images which I presume should be to the left of the menu items (Home, Contact Support) but are underneath, making the site hard to read and a bit of a mess - which is the last thing you'd want for a support site?

Probably sounds over critical but just providing feedback, not having a go.

Just hit refresh and that should sort it. Just looks like it failed to render properly for some reason.

Hi thanks for that quick response - Shift F5 not changing anything.

Parts of the page are over http and part over https which is not helping

It's rendering the same here on my PC, tried using Chrome and Firefox with the same result. Strange!

e.g. if I use IE and bypass security of FF or Chrome, it renders just fine, because my configuration for that browser does not enforce HTTPS.

OK thanks. It is broken because it is mixing http and https. I presume your working link in chrome is HTTP? I have https only (if advertised). As something on kayako is listening on https the browser switches to that. Chrome will be turning this on by default soon.

The Bet Angel site is all https'd up but it looks like the third party site isn't. We will have to look at it.
