I've managed to get markets loaded but only by shutting down Bet Angel and connecting again.
That worked for me. Yesterday I managed to get to markets through the search function but that didn't work this morning.

It's only gone down during the morning. I loaded Guardian up at 7.30, and everything was perfect then

Unlike last week, received notification of this one:
"SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
Scheduled Outage WEDNESDAY 26th July 2017
Due to a major upgrade to the global exchange technology, there will be an outage TOMORROW (Wednesday 26th July 2017) between 10am and approximately 4pm (AEST). "

What a crap way to treat Australian racing customers. Understand upgrades will be timed for UK overnight but if they need 6 hours make it a quieter day. Perhaps Betfair is consulting Peter V'Landys on these matters.

Thanks for the info Wildly as I don't get these anymore but what a joke, Wednesday is the second biggest day of the week and it cuts out almost the whole day :x

Will probably get up a bit earlier anyhow as they sometimes over estimate the time it'll take.

Anyone experiencing issues? Have been getting "WARNING: The Betfair API was unable to process the bet cancellation request." message on greyhound races. My refresh rate is 20ms and restricted refresh to 180 seconds before start.

Was testing out a "safety" bot on greyhounds and kept getting - 31/07/2017 11:01:09: [G_Auto] : An error occurred while updating bet persistence: The entire order has been rejected. Just parked it for now...

Bet persistence is Keep or SP, not all greyhounds accept these bet persistence types

They're bloody hopeless aren't they? Really gives me a warm feeling knowing that my PC is being put to good use in keeping the platform up and running!! They couldn't organise a piss up in brewery!
