Suggestion: Extend log timestamps to 10th or even 100th sec

Currently the timestamps in BA logs are only marked to the second. Given the advent of TPD and the volume of information that flows during a horse race it would be exceptionally useful if the timestamps could be broken down into tenth or even hundredths of a second.

My TPD automation can easily log several hundred lines per second and the current limitation makes analysis difficult.
