Market movements pre off football vs horses

So I know with horses price movements can be volatile right until the off.

However football seems pretty stagnant close to the off. I wondered if there is a better time period to catch football markets changing.. for example over a 6 hour period the day before ? Rather than 5 mins leading up to kick off...
