i think this is because the commentary is generated i real-time from sound clips, if you think about it, other than a live commentator, this is the only way to do it if the race unfolds in real time. Definitely shows how contrived all the other stuff is.
Looks like they are about to pull the plug on virtual racing.
We are contacting you to inform you that at 23.59 BST on Friday 29th April, we will regrettably be terminating our Virtual Horse Racing markets. As a customer this will mean that from Saturday 30th April, you will no longer be able to navigate to, and place bets on these Virtual Horse Racing markets.
