That WIN / LOSE number is how "right" the ratings were.
So, look at the match Wolves for example. It had 8 goals. So, the ratings suggested overs of 2.71 was a play. It was better than that by 5.29.

If the bookies were offering a spread of 2.50-2.6 fair enough you'd be beating the spread, but if it was 2.8-2.9 you'd be on a loser. I have no idea what prices the firms were offering for those matches but just because their were more goals than predicted doesn't automatically make them winners.
