Look what you've started Samo !

I think we might find this thread will run and run, I'm glad to see so many people aren't too ashamed to say they like a little trash tv. There'll be a flood of denials now with people claming they only watch it for work. :geek:

Vorderman has come up with her 'hardcore' catch phrase about 20 years too late for my mental imagery.

Haha interesting. Only saw a tiny bit tonight and noticed Larry lamb had drifted not to sure why? Surely he's a value bet at 7s?

He's drifted about 5%.... to help accomodate the 10% that Scarlett has shortened. He's a bit of a grumpy git and will struggle to get air time after his 'heroic' first day. I'd say Danny Baker was better value when he turned up at 15ish.

Scarlett is only going to lose if she quits and tonight proved again that that's unlikely. And I'm pretty sure she won't do a Biggins.

By the way am I the only one who thinks Scarlett Moffatt, Amber Rudd and Ruby Harold are all polite names for delicate medical conditions. :?

This could be the first series where they exit the jungle fatter than they went in at this rate!

Carol Vorderman looks to be value around 20. She's a national treasure in my eyes and is getting a fair bit of camera time.

Don't expect her to win unless Scarlett Moffatt eats more anus and has to leave on medical grounds. That would be a good lay!

Does anybody have any accurate notes on the prices of favourites at this point in the show over the years?

I wish Adam was.
I layed him at 7.5, woke the next moring an he was at 3. Maybe I should cut my losses but it feels like the wrong time to quit that position. Dilemas dilemas. ...if he goes to 2 I'll jump ship.

Having just 15mins of voting for an eviction 'might' make IAC different to the others of this type. Those with a big social meja following might just find their fans are out for the night rather that being in watching and voting. Well I hope Adam's are anyway. (yes I know these day's you can still vote if you're out but ykwim )

Shock, horror, a poll that got something right! ....this makes Jordon look like the current value bet at 95, but I don't see him as value even at 1000.

Adam Thomas 26.44% (453 votes)
Scarlett Moffatt 22.88% (392 votes)
Joel Dommett 15.12% (259 votes)
Jordan Banjo 6.42% (110 votes)
Larry Lamb 6.3% (108 votes)
Ola Jordan 5.84% (100 votes)
Martin Roberts 4.38% (75 votes)
Carol Vorderman 2.86% (49 votes)
Sam Quek 2.86% (49 votes)
Wayne Bridge 2.8% (48 votes)
Lisa Snowdon 2.45% (42 votes)
Danny Baker 1.63% (28 votes)

Total Votes: 1,713

Can we say that the winner usually comes from those with an older 'in watching telly' following?

That should have made Carol a shoe-in, but factor in Emerdale's 7m viewers vs Gogglebox's 4m. Divide by the Geordies back Geordies en masss factor. Multiply by the result of the 'is Scarlett the new Rylan' hypothesis .. jeez I might have to get my phone out and vote.

2:1 men v women over the 15 seasons so far.
Never taken much interest in it as I don't know who the majority of the celebrities are. I definitely remember Lisa Snowden from her MTV days, but I remember her voice being completely different in pitch and tone back then, maybe the recent one is a doppelganger!
Trying to think of who I'd love to see parachuted in that would make me watch it...
1)Conor McGregor - "Alright dickheads, what's the bleedin storeeeey?"
2)Shaquille O'Neal - Try telling him he can only have 1 meal out of the 5 you won
3)A vegan. Give them one hen, wait for it to lay an egg, then eat the egg and eat the hen. Otherwise 2 hens get killed. :o :?

One day I'll learn to follow my own advice....

Back Martin Roberts @ 55 I said, so I did, then layed him off at 42, he went out to 90 and I felt reasonably satisfied.....now you can lay him at 13 !!!

Can't figure out if Adam being chosen for the tasks makes him unpopular (as in previous years) or popular...according to the polls.

This is a funny old market, £875,000 matched, £360,000 matched on the fav. Just 3 days to go yet there's barely £500 on either side of the book. I'm starting to feel like I'm the only one providing the liquidity

Scalett opening at 3.8 was the biggest mis-price of the year.

Add in 9 big swings and that's got xmas paid for as they say... ( we don't 'do' xmas so that was quite an easy target)
