I just stuck up a schedule tweet about this.

When I was exploring the US market this is why they wanted liquidity ring fenced and no global pool. But ultimately that's exactly what the market needs. Thanks FT!

As the customer(s) have an option to finance their accounts with crypto currency, that could be their weakness as well as their strength due to lack of KYC procedures.

Convenient for the FT that they had their balance seized by the agent, because otherwise they would have to go through KYC at withdrawal and then the whole story would have looked a lot less impressive.
