Morning,
I´ve been trying to work out what went wrong with my final, and very costly trade of the day yesterday.
I clicked to close a losing trade, but ended up with a much much greater red on the horse I had been trading, which dropped off completely and in turn I lost around 75gbp.

I was only using ´Back´ settings for odds display, so was really confused as to how I´d ended up with a lay bet on a horse.

From looking at the log, it seems when I´ve gone to close what was a small losing trade, it has closed it twice at exactly the same time... causing what should have been a hedging lay to duplicate, therefore leaving a big red on the horse in question.

Please see below · am I missing something? Has this been a glitch or is there something else in here I´ve done that´s caused it? Don´t understand how I could have as using odds display ´back´ it´s impossible to click to lay a horse.

Thanks for any pointers .... this is exactly why I never go in play, should take heed of my own advice! (sure many feel the same)

Your log is showing you pressed your shortcut key twice in quick succession to green up, due to the in-play delay the first won't have reached the market yet so wasn't able to be cancelled.
Is it possible you pressed the key twice with or without knowing?

If not that double check your shortcuts to ensure you haven't assigned the same command to the same key twice, although if you had done this you should get a 'double' green up order submitted everytime you hit that key

Sorry for the late reply Dallas, and thank you for your response.

You are right, I have the END key set to close positions, and can remember hitting it twice on this occasion.
Shall be more vigilant in future.
Thanks again
