Logging into Bet Angel

I could ask Support, but i'm keen to know if other people also have this problem?

I log into BA from three different sources - 2 laptops and a desktop

However, I consistently get problems logging in - it says my details were not recognised, or there were timeout issues

I eventually get in, but sometimes it can take 4 or 5 attempts

Does anyone else get this?

That’s not something I’ll seen. Not really seeing anything like that in support either.

Are they wired connections your using?

The only time I've seen something similar was when using my only 4G backup, occasionally I would get a timeout message when logging in but it was down to an intermittent connection/signal.

Never had any issues with my main connection or since i switched my 4G to another provider

The desktop is wired, the 2 laptops are wireless

I have no issues with logging into BF website, it's only BA

I must stress though, it happens sporadically, not every day, but still annoying nonetheless

If you are using two factor authentication, it is worth mentioning, that you can only use one authentication number once.

Therefore, you will have to log the first computer on, then wait thirty seconds for a new authentication number, and only then log the next computer on, etc..
