Your account is Locked"

Using 2FA (two factor authentication) and two failed login attempts.

Page slow to load/ respond. Pass codes only valid for < 60 seconds, therefore delay can easily make codes invalid.

This could create some interesting scenarios.

Support are busy this morning, account now unlocked. They confirmed two failed login attempts before lock applied.
