1) Add functionality to rearrange conditions on a rule via ↑/↓ arrows (like you already can with Stored Values)
2) Allow the user to import or copy/paste conditions & stored values both within and across rules
3) Add the ability to multi-select rules for deleting, moving, duplicating etc.
Safe.

+1. i asked for the first one a long time ago

I can try remembering/retyping

Originally called Llanfair Pwllgwyngyll, which means 'The Mary Church by the pool near the White Hazels' the village was renamed in the 19th century. ... It is believed that the name Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch was invented by a cobbler from Menai Bridge.)

completely off the wall, but howabout a LEARN mode. this is used in many media applications (graphics/music) in order to shortcut the algo process by using assumption based rules that are consolidated by repeated confirmation (LEARN mode). In truth, it actually just homes in on best fit algo and parameters based on confirmed repetition.
in BA this could be applied during a manual session and recorded as LEARN inputs/outputs. This object (which would be saved on each run) could then be re-called on subsequent markets and fine tuned with multiple runs. at the end, based on what its inputs and outputs were, a simple rule template could be generated which could be run as automation.
to some extent, the combination of Servant and Automation is chipping away in this direction already but LEARN mode is where the extra benefit could be derived. and no, it's not April 1st yet -not for another 5 days

Something else particularly useful would be to see the Volume condition expanded to allow checking of matched bets on a selection.
e.g. if Volume of matched back bets minus Volume of matched lay bets (Net Stake?) > £x
or if Volume of matched back bets > £100
