You need to press your 'enter' key to re-centre the ladders so it sounds like that's stuck/dodgy

The enter key is not stuck - it seems that if i increase the width of the whole ladder it seems to stop it happening

Can you pop a few screenshots showing how it looks when centring and after you resize it?

It is strange because this problem has only come about today the ladders didn't center on the narrow ladder (which i have called Unstable on the screenshot)

I'm confused as to whether they are there centring or not centring?

In your OP you said they were auto-centring until expanded

Sorry if i was unclear there are 2 screenshots the top one which i have called Unstable has the narrower ladder and when like this the ladder was auto centering (which i don't want) and the lower one (which i called Stable) has a wider ladder and when like this the ladder is not centering.
Cheers

Does anyone have a solution to this, it's pretty annoying?

edit -

I trade with one ladder, (not sure if that is the problem)

It becomes more aggressive when i change the ladder cell height from 25 to 15.

If the price is quite bouncy, the ladder tries to recenter on its own.

It does not happen in every market, its unpredictable.

when it happens, using servants (mouse as context) is a nightmare.

I haven't come across this. If you can lay out a process to replicate it, I can have a closer look.

Could you perhaps include some further details so that it can try to be re-created?

If you could confirm what refresh rate your using and if it's streaming or polling your using
IAlso the ladder within the main screen or have you spawned a new ladder?

If you could post a screenshot of the 'Columns' tab from your ladder settings that would be helpful replicate what you have exactly

and if possible record a short clip and send that into software support that too would be v.helpful
