Green dont work!!! in the middle of a race!

Ive always traded manually and clicked a green amount (or red) when I want to exit, however staring at a 20 second long green figure and clicking furiously, BA would not let me exit. Then inevitably it all turned very, very red. Is this just unreliability we have to put up with?

I and others have written threads about BAs green up method and the issues you describe. We often tend to use Betfair's own site for in play greening up as it prevents a double entry of orders that BA does not and though isn't foolpoof, won't cost you as much as using BA clicking in my opinion and experience. It won't ever worsen your position for example, whereas I doubled my liability using BA IP greenups and still feel a little bitter about it tbh.
