Batched Offset - Unmatched Bets Condition

I'm having a stab at automation & my first rule is Placing a Back Bet with an offset, in 2 batches. Later I need to implement a rule with an Unmatched Bet condition. Would anyone know if Guardian would consider each of my 'batches' a seperate bet? Or, as they both came from one back bet would it be ok to implement my Unmatched Bet condition as 'equal to 1'?
Any help much appreciated
