I was wondering if you guys could help me out with setting up a bot in betangel for recognising and betting/laying this pattern for horses or dogs.

Essentially I'm asking is it possible to set up signals in such a way that the bot recognises if there is a runner who's price has fallen by 3-4 points and then bet/lay that runner?
I've tried to wrap my head around signals but can't seem to get the hang of them.
