Changing multiple rules/conditions at the same time?

Hi
Was just wondering if it's possible to change multiple rules in one automation at the same time?

For example;

I have a scalping bot with 100 rules that is programmed to start 5 mins before race time.
Would it be possible to bulk change each rule to start at 4 minutes before race time or do I need to go into each one and change it?

You can edit the baf file in a text editor if you are VERY careful not to change anything else.
