Best way of making sure in race lay gets greened up

Thanks to Dallas, sa7med and Derek27, for giving suggestions as to extra failsafes to make sure my lays get matched in race.

To sum up for anyone that can add something. I have an automation (attached) that lays a horse (at better than available odds), then looks to get 22% profit, before or after the off, or take 25% loss after around 5 seconds into race, or after around 15 seconds, will green up whatever happens.

I have had a couple of races over the last few months that never greened up. Dallas made the suggestion of having the green up firing multiple times, over a longer period and there has also been the suggestion of bringing in a green up bet after around 45 seconds which would cancel if not taken, then fire again.

Could anyone take a look at this rule and see if it has been written correctly, thanks.
