I have come across these exchanges at various places and they say powered by betfair. The market liquidity correspond exactly with Betfair (taking into account currency difference) and they are fully interlinked. They also have extra markets in cricket like Runs over/under as compared to Betfair.

Any one have any experience with these?

It might be that they can operate in areas that BF can't or don't for whatever reasons.

Pretty sure I've seen similar ones which you can only access with Asian brokers so jukebox is correct I believe

Same market I think (odds and liquidity) and you can get trading software

How would you get trading software for these other exchanges “powered by betfair”?
