Matchbook have been going for years. I've talked to them on and off over that time.

The economics of producing software for new exchanges don't really stack up. People are reluctant to pay much for Betfair software, they are not willing to pay for Betdaq software (they are also commission free on footy) so I guess we would probably have to pay people to use Matchbook!

Euler got a point, how many of you guys would be willing to pay say £40 plus per month for the software on all 3 exchanges?

First software to offer multiple exchanges would be able to charge a premium

Betfair do not allow API users to display price information alongside other bookmakers / exchanges, it is prohibited.

I don't think this is allowed in the terms and conditions set by exchanges, certainly isn't with betfair

I'm finding that matchbook is very good tool for trading betfair markets particularly pre match when I'm looking to get Just one or two ticks.
Matchbook is good because it displays 3dp rather than 2dp with betfair.

They us Aussie $ as well and you can bet in play no problems. Smarkets also can be used in play but no Aussie $.
Good for me to close out quickly.

Looked at MB last year when they had the offer. But couldn't get any orders filled. Loads of money available but it's obviously seeded like smarkets was. Asked around and the backers are two massive shrewdies, so it looks like you are betting or trading against them. Bit worrying.

Commission is based on turnover, so it's a dead duck.
