Hello everyone

Does anyone know where I can find a list of standard times for each course / distance , etc. preferably for free :D ?

They have them on racingpost.com under the days cards.

Think you might have to join the members section to view them though, not sure how much that costs. Or if you go to the shop and buy a racing post, they will have all the standard times listed for that days racing.

Should be available for free somewhere on the internet too though.

Or you could work backwards through the old results on racingpost which are available for free.

For example the first race at Lingfield today was run in 1m 36.71 which was described as slow by 1.71 s, so i assume the standard would be 1m 35s for that distance.

I think different people have different standard times though, ultimately its probably best to collect data, or go through old results and compile your own, as you have to take into account different age groups etc.

I've collected a lot of info on standard times, but this is a lot more informative.

The problem with the times from the RT is that they are the fastest times, I have all of timeforms data scraped and can provide a dump if needed.
