Surprised there's not yet a thread for it, so here's hoping for a good festival and Grand National for everyone

How come? You didn't start last year's thread til 7 ;)

Looking forward to the challenge fresh off the back of lessons learned at Chelt

Lessons learnt but forgotten about until Cheltenham next year. ;)

I mean I've adjusted my approach to bigger meetings in general. Discovered a few grey areas in the rules at Chelt and lacked a clearly defined path of how to attack each day. Expecting my results to improve at Aintree but we'll see.

Best of luck to everyone. Keep your risk managed let's not forget what happened in 2015.

I appear to have forgotten what happened in 2015?

A million "sharp minds" traders backed McCoy's last mount into about 6/1 and then found they couldn't get out at post time, resulting in an inflated BFSP of 28.1

Good Luck for the next few days - some relatively short prices in the G1 races today. I wonder if we will see some big swings like Chelt.

BTW found the estimated queue pos feature on BA very useful!!

A&E must have been wondering why so many heart-attack victims that day. ;)

Last year I got 21/21 winning trades

This year I'm 0/1

Not the best start for me, but a long way to go yet!

Shame they're not running the competition again. Last year I lost all chance after oversleeping, this year I'm 2 from 2 but done little better than break even.

You must have already stopped trading a few mins out or were really confident to post a result a few mins before the off :)

Managed to get a green in the second myself so I'm up and running after that stumbled start
