One of my bots misfired earlier in the week and brought a queue down from 800 to 20 with £200

Bit of an eye opener to see the individual bets it was matched against don't think there were any £2 plus bets until it reached the 20's but plenty of £1.77 bets grouped at various prices.

That's the attitude, every cock up I've ever made nearly always gives me some new information.

I would actually say it is good to make a cock up or make a few mistakes, it makes you alert to what can happen.

I often see this, and can't for the life of me figure out why it keeps happening.

I suspect though, for whatever reason, that somebody is taking their own bets because it happens very early when the market opens.

Tinfoil hat theory is that someone is protesting about how **** the graphs are and is trying to force them to change

I manage to get some crazy prices on illiquid markets, but never that crazy.

I think you should be asking how many times a day!!

They happen often enough, so I'm sure if you looked at every runner, every race every day you would see quite a few of them.
