Ive got £18k matched (I think a back) at 5.2 around 5 mins before 00:00:00 chepstow 15:40 Port Lairge. But I thought it was excel playing up.
"I think a back", good luck with that strategy! :D

There was something bizzare happening in Aus markets around 2 months ago. I kept quiet at the time, because I was getting wealthy from it, but it seems to have stopped now. Basically there was somebody backing longshots (usually around the 30-1 mark approx) at odds of $5, for approx $10k. The bets were going on about 30 seconds before jump, or sometimes mid race. It was happening when the markets were quiet- Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturday nights mainly. I wondered if it was BF pumping money back in? Reading some of the notes in this thread, they seem similar. Can anybody shed any light?

Curiously that last comment echo's sentiment that it often occurs around this time of year?

Juts thought I'll link back to the today's racing thread so we have a record of it in the 'official' thread.

Ayr 4.35 next target I'm guessing, somehow managed to get some more investors and went for a 'walk'
