It was a hunter's chase - I'd love to know what people who backed it down to 5 were thinking!

I suspect a few of you lot cleaned up, starting to think I should look at IP again but this really is an extremely rare one.

That's what I've usually concluded whenever a series of results got me thinking about betting in-play.ShaunWhite wrote: ↑Tue Feb 20, 2018 4:14 pm4 @ 1.01 Weth 16:05

It's just FOMO
(I hope that means 'fear of missing out' rather than what you call someone who's pretending to be gay). Sorry, that gag's probably a bit 70s, 'faux' geddit? I'll get my coat....

Indeed. Incredibly rare. I have for some time, been experimenting with IP trading at even 700+ odds. It's almost impossible to get matched unless the race is over and the winner almost at the line. There's almost a stronger case for laying at those amounts as I sure over time there's an edge to be had, though sadly it requires far larger trading banks than mine...ShaunWhite wrote: ↑Tue Feb 20, 2018 4:14 pm4 @ 1.01 Weth 16:05

There was a hunter's chase at Fakenham where the clear leader took the wrong course and jumped the fence just before the winning post, with the horse in second getting caught on the line.
If I remember correctly two (or might have been three) horses traded at 1.01 and the winner traded at 1000. It was a first on Betfair at the time.
