I have been off work for the past 2 weeks and I have been trading both the afternoons and evenings. I tend to avoid the last race on each card as I have found that things often get a bit mad, hence I normally have a short break between the afternoon and evening cards. I must say that markets seem easier to read in afternoon racing. You full timers have a good life :)

If the confidence is down, its best not to try and force a result.
