I just googled it to see where it was, it sounded like somewhere in the outback.
Alice Springs (racing today) is in the middle of nowhere.
I've heard Alice Springs is almost bang in the centre of Australia.

Man I honestly love the Australian accent.

N1 Derek, I made that drawdown back and more in the end.
Pleased to hear that. I used to have a habit of winning a lot on a Saturday morning down under and then losing a chunk of it in the UK afternoon. ;)

R5 was declared a no race as some barriers opened before others. Not sure if Cairns use a siren but it seems a couple of jocks knew it was a false start as they just lobbed along behind the field.. The delay later in the day was due to the ambulance on track having to take a jock to hospital who was injured while loading for R7. They had to wait for a replacement ambulance to travel to the track
It's taken me a while to figure out why my Betfair points total doesn't reconcile with my transaction database. Eventually I discovered that although my green book was voided I was still credited with points!

Hi All
Very new to forum. Just wanted to find out where I can find the inplay hi/lo stats for Australian races. Wasn't sure if Timeform had it. Also where can I locate good and reliable speed map data. Do we have a Patternform for Australian races? Would appreciate any help with this.

In case anyone else has had the problem, I've been unable to get Sky Radio working on my tablet browser but I've just discovered they've got an Android app you can download from the Google Play Store. :D

Blue Diamond

Big day (might even be massive day) of racing down under, bit wet here in Sydney.

Looking forward to it.

Fingers crossed for a good session. First really good day of racing for a while down under. The first Group 2 of the day traded well.

Caulfield is available on BF LV in the UK btw.

Markets trading well so far with plenty of liquidity bar a few of the more lower quality tracks.
