I find it is very delayed on Tunein. Is that not the case for you?

That is true could be fifteen, twenty seconds maybe more latency, on the few occasions I am manual I stop when they say "last two to load" and even then I don't try to cut it that fine. If I am trying to cut it fine I watch on tv (but that is super rare for me, like say the Everest or to watch Winx or Black Caviar).

Again on the few occasions I am manual I find it handy to check on delays and that isn't really impacted by latency.

Oh and I always have an SP safety net.

Final reason, it keeps me company - in addition to this thread.

OK, on that one at Randwick the delay was 12 sec

Can't get anything on Sky Radio.
Flash was updated this week for me and I think that is the issue as this happened in the past when that happened, problem is I can't remember how to get it to work again. Some setting needs changing I think.

Though saying that the radio was working Friday morning post update with no issue so think it could be an issue at their end.

When you hoover over the 'Play audio' button it says: javascriptvoid(0);

That doesn't sound right to me?
I'm listening to TAB Radio at the moment. It's been 15 years since I used javascript and don't remember much about it but I see javascriptvoid(0) on many websites that aren't working.

I have looked back through this thread for when this last happened and I think it required Sky Racing to do something on the website to fix it.

The bad news is that it took several weeks before it was fixed :(

I have switched to TAB radio which is on a par with Sky Sports Racing for timings.

Not having the best of sessions.

Thanks for the info Gazuty, I know what you mean about the company - it feels odd not having the radio on, dare I say it...I miss the ads as well

It is odd that it has stopped working today as it was 100% working Friday as I was using it for the trotters yesterday morning and the dogs.

Same here, despite no losses. Beginning to feel sleep might be more worthwhile. :)

Unless there is a sudden improvement this is going to be my worse session for a long time. Just been very disappointing rather than losses. I have been distracted trying to get the Sky Racing radio working.

The Sky Racing radio has just sprung in to life :D

It just started up off its own back, I didn't do anything!

Yep, it's working for me now, just as I've traded my last race of the night!

I would have got the result to turn it around in the last at Randwick, but for not noticing until halfway through the race that I had forgotten to close a position on one of the selections wiped out the entire profit on the race pretty much

Having one of those days (weeks)

Lovely back & forth steam, R2 Wyong. Trading NSW is getting like drinking - you try hard to cut back but just can't resist one more.

I was curious about the volumes traded on Australian racing. It seems a fraction of what is traded on UK racing? Betfair is allowed in Australia, it's a big country, don't the punters over there bet/trade as much as in the UK? Perhaps I'm looking at the wrong races but when I have looked the volumes traded seem similar to dog races in the UK?
