I just wanted to make you aware of some downtime we’ll be experiencing this week. Whilst we only expect the site to be unavailable from midnight until 1am, the work will be taking place from 23:00 until 03:00.

The work is related to the single customer platform (SCP) which is required as part of the Paddy Power Betfair merger.

Wednesday night racing begins in the southernmost part of Australia tonight - Launceston (41 degrees south).

Moonee Valley/Cranbourne Friday night racing also begins this week and will run until the end of April. Canterbury and the Sunshine Coast also run intermittent meetings on Friday night. Also with the 3 hour time difference, the occasional Friday meeting in WA is effectively an evening meeting to the Eastern States.

Pakenham will be running on some Thursday nights.

Toowoomba will soon start running again most Saturday nights.

Tasmania, Victoria, and NSW are the only states with minimum bet rules at the moment.

Don't think AOB will be keen to get Ben Melham to ride for him again

Don't know why they bother with the pacemaker he's tried it before over there and it never works.

She did it again (small field though and some now avoiding her, guess you can only beat those that run).

I think I should have been on Betdaq for Winks.
You would have done well on BF if you automated it overnight though

Betdaq don't do Aussie racing, that's why its a much bigger deal when the API goes bust as there's nowhere to hedge.
