Over 400k kept appearing on the favorite on the 17.15 today everytime it started to drift beyond a certain point :lol:

Don't think ive ever seen that much being used :o

How are you going with the anger management techniques?

I did some meditation myself today - it was very refreshing, and I'm going to have to make sure it becomes part of my daily routine.
