Was it only momentary, as it's fine where I am?

Streaming not working for me - fine if switched off. Anyone else?
I had streaming issues for a short while yesterday around 18.10hrs - and was unable to greeup in time - big ouch!
However, if no one else had simular, it could have been down to my local comm's service provider KCom, who seem to have intermitten issues at peak times, such as after 17.00hrs - dispite being on their supposidly fast Lightstream service.

Not a lot going on in those hours, but just in case anybody's got trades open and have missed it:
We're running maintenance on 16/11/2017 from 00:00 to 01:30 GMT. All Betfair products will be unavailable. Apologies for any inconvenience.

I was just about to issue a warning myself when I noticed the gap in the market schedule.Kafkaesque wrote: ↑Wed Nov 15, 2017 10:02 pmNot a lot going on in those hours, but just in case anybody's got trades open and have missed it:

It's so annoying that Betfair only announce this on a site that I only visit when problems arise. When you visit the Betfair exchange site they often have a splash screen to draw your attention to unimportant news that you're not interested in, but the site being down for 90 minutes dosen't appear to be significant to them.

They really should have a mail about this, you can opt in for. In the meantime, I can only suggest following the CS on Twitter.Derek27 wrote: ↑Wed Nov 15, 2017 10:44 pmI was just about to issue a warning myself when I noticed the gap in the market schedule.Kafkaesque wrote: ↑Wed Nov 15, 2017 10:02 pmNot a lot going on in those hours, but just in case anybody's got trades open and have missed it:

It's not really practical to check CS on twitter every day - they usually have advice for people who gamble too much, need advice about Betfair commission or points, or just advertise their own products.
I suppose if you get caught out with an unbalanced book, it means more commission for them, so they won't be too concerned.
