Athletico Madrid

The Spanish side comes to this 2nd leg match with an advantage after a (1‑1) away draw in the previous match, so a tie may be enough to qualify for the next round. This is a team that usually makes good use of the home advantage. It has a great home support. Since the last 30 matches they have registered seven wins, only two draws and six losses in away matches, with 25 goals scored and 17 conceded; against 12 wins, two draws and only one loss at their stadium, with 30 goals scored. They look to end the season second in La Liga.

Arsenal

Arsenal arrives at this 2nd leg match with a disadvantage, since despite the 1st leg draw they have conceded one goal at home - excellent. Arsenal comes to this match after a 2-1 defeat at Manchester United, thus adding the second straight win without winning in several competitions. I would point out that they have only won one victory in their last five matches.

Both teams can score goals and it's for this reason I shall be backing the over 1.5 goals.

That's my take on it.
