how to automatically "remove suspended markets"

Is there a way to automatically refresh the watch list and remove the suspended markets without clicking on "remove suspended markets" in the Gardian?

No, and it would be tricky to implement because Betfair suspend markets when they go in-play and for numerous other reasons pre-off and after in-play in the likes of football markets so you'd forever be getting markets removed that haven't finished (some could have open bets and rules still running on them).
