For those of you of you interested in using VWAP (Volume Weighted Average Price) as an indicator to price movements this post will show how you can set this up alongside the LTP (Last Traded Price) on your ladder screen as shown in the image below.

Ladder Main 2.JPG

Start by going into your ladder setting area by clicking the spanner icon while on your ladder screen, then select the ‘Additional Information’ tab and enter the information as shown in the next two images.

Row2.JPG

Once you have done that click the ‘Disc+’ icon located at the top and in the centre of the window and give it a name of your choice (I’ve chosen LTP & VWAP).
You can now return to your ladder screen and load the newly saved ladder profile from the picklist next to the spanner icon.

Next, you will need to download and import the following file... VWAP & LTP Display.baf, then to import the file into your Bet Angel open Guardian by clicking the green ‘G’ icon and select the ‘automation’ tab across the top, there you will see ‘Import a rules file’ click this to browse your PC and select the downloaded file (likely in your downloads folder).

If you have never used a rules file before then read on for instructions on how to use the file and see the VWAP and LTP on the ladder screen for each selection.
First you now just need to apply that file to the day's markets, to do this with Guardian open select the ‘Markets’ tab and tick the show sidebar box, you should then see the following window appear. At the bottom click on ‘quick picks’ and tick the boxes for the relevant markets you want then click the ‘add’ button to populate Guardian with those markets.

Now you can return to the ‘Automation’ tab and select the ‘rules file name’ you have just imported using the picklist on the left then click apply to all markets.

That's it..... you can now return to your ladder screen and as you switch to each market the VWAP and LTP will display above the ladder starting when there are 20 mins to the off (see the next post for details on editing the rules file).

To continue to use the file in the future you only need to open Guardian each day (remove any old markets) then add the new day's markets and apply the rules file again.

If you trade on the One-Click Screen you can also display the LTP and VWAP (or any other stored value you have created) as a custom column

OC Grid.JPG

To create a custom column click
Settings > Edit Custom Column
as shown in the following image

Edit CC.JPG

Then to display the VWAP from the file in the previous post enter the following information

VWAP.JPG

After saving you can create another custom column to display the LTP however there is already the option to display this on the one-click screen so unless you specifically want to and want to choose the background colour like I did with the VWAP column then there's no need to create one here.

Next to display the custom columns on your screen click the column chooser icon as shown in the images below then select the LTP and VWAP columns

You can then reorder the newly added columns (or any other existing column) by hovering your cursor over the column header and holding down your left mouse button then dragging the column to the location you want it and releasing the button

Just like in the previous post once you have added the day's markets to Guardian and applied the VWAP and LTP file to them you'll now see them displayed on your one-click screen
