Historic odds condition

little bit of help and advice please
when using the historic odds condition does this work from the time its active in automation or does it work from time market was loaded into guardian .

for example i want to place a back bet in market 1 hour before the off but only if the back price is lower than it was 1 hour ago . or would i need to place back bet 2 hours before with historic odds set at 3600 seconds , also does 3600 seconds work ok ?
