I can imagine that after all these years you have some pretty slick monitoring, data collection & analysis stuff. There's also things in the API stream that aren't exposed via BA, like as volumes at price points, seperately tracking back and lay volumes etc etc.
Perhaps you could give us an insight one day into your infrastructure, that pc on your desk with 4 screens must be just the tip of the iceberg.

If you think there is a case for putting something into the product we are happy to hear it. I'm not familiar with those features or even sure how / if they exist? It may be better to break that into the suggestions thread / category.

This is rapidly getting lost, It's a key question for me atm.......
So what are the amounts flashing either side of the spread on the ladder, I thought that was the vol traded at that price?

Is that his solar panel business or his trading business?
I had a look at his Twitter account yesterday and during the time when the derby was on he was just sharing useless info on it - maybe he does have a full timer that runs it for him?
That relatively popular comment made me chuckle, have you seen the GT forum? There's about 1 comment a week at most
But at least there's one positive; the b@dger must be reeling given people are flocking to their new hero and his new book

I used to follow Caans Videos back in the day, but unfortunately I don’t anymore because the conetent he used to provide has changed drastically.
Used to be a lot of great info free but now everything seems just commercially targeted.
Of course he is entitled to his opinion, and their are certainly parts in Geeks Toy which imo is better. For example the one click stake removal. I use GT more than I do Betangel and not because I think the products better as I genuinely do believe BA is better but when it comes to scalping that one click removal for me is everything.
I am a very quick scalper and usually always double up my stakes a lot and being able to remove one stake and keep the others is the only thing that gets me using Geeks toy.
If I have 5 clicks of my stake and can remove each stake by click. Which betangel doesn’t have. (Nudge, nudge, wink, wink)
However, every other aspect of the product is like a ford compared to BA being a Aston Martin.
But let’s be honest without giving a dog to Caan, it’s clear he’s only interested in making an income without the effort needed, by selling books and products.
Whereas with Peter, I think he genuinely does and wants his income to come from trading and that shows through this forum and BA software.

It really seems that if you don't fit the mold you're in for some stick. Not everyone trades everything all the time.
He's often said he got into trading to work less, with less stress, rather than more. If I could pay all the bills with 1 week's work a month, i'd work 1 week a month. But I don't because I'm not esp good yet, so that's why unfortunately for you lot, I'm here every week and up every night in Excel.
I totally agreeSeaHorseRacing wrote: ↑Tue Jun 05, 2018 4:20 pmBut let’s be honest without giving a dog to Caan, it’s clear he’s only interested in making an income without the effort needed, by selling books and products.

For the last 18 years or so Peter has lived and breathed trading, promoted all the advantages it comes with to everyone and anyone who would listen. He has created by far the best trading tool out there.
What has CB done? Done a few ebooks and posted the most general YT videos I've ever seen.
But at least Caan has given us an endless supply of mugs hoping to strike it rich off of his ebooks

Peter doesn't approve of trial by social media so it will be interesting to see if Caan is defended.SeaHorseRacing wrote: ↑Tue Jun 05, 2018 4:20 pmIt’s clear he’s only interested in making an income without the effort.
Frankly shr, judging by your assessment of people's character elsewhere on the forum I'm not sure you're the best judge of people's intentions and motives.

yeah, & I'm one of em
By mistake I actually bought his guide twice in 2016 & didn't get a refund no wonder he's up £60k
P.S. I wouldn't recommend either the ebook or vids btw

This will probably be deleted. As it’s not in the intention of this Author. However, give credit where credits due.
Caans products are actually reasonably priced and I do think they offer good content for new traders. Agreed. He seems like a good guy who’s trying to make some extra dough. Although I disagree with his review. That is his opinion and I don’t blame him for selling.
I would too if i had the time and desire to do so.

In 2yrs I haven't laid a finger on the notes I took from both the vids & guide.
He actually hindered my growth by not introducing my newbie self to data. Which imo should be a mainstay of every trader

I wasn't aware we were participating in such a noble and hardworking profession. At the end of the day we're all in this to make money not further our education or do some intelectual challenge, it's a bit hard to try and claim some moral high ground as a traderSeaHorseRacing wrote: ↑Tue Jun 05, 2018 4:20 pmBut let’s be honest without giving a dog to Caan, it’s clear he’s only interested in making an income without the effort needed,......

cann is great for talking to the kiddies ,like heres how to place a bet on betfair-heres my pdf-please buy my basic kiddie books-and look at my channel-great for someone coming from match betting and the like-
but i never personally rated him as a trader ,now even less.was scratching my head wondering how he even got invited to the matchbook conference-
but he sells his little soul for more money commission from GT etc.
as a full time trader how he gets the time to write kiddie novels i dont understand-
why would a profitable trader be bothered to write all that dribble .its certainly not to help the trading community ,because even in his videos there all geared to pushing the sale of his dribble-
and his review of betangel is bullshit-.
off with his head i say.
cann when you read this-my message is GROW UP.
