Yes, take your mobile, laptop or tablet to a Tennis Match, Horse Racing Meeting, Football Match, Snooker Match, Pool Match, Cricket Match or any other sporting event.
That way you will get very fast pictures.
Enjoy.
I recall reading something on the internet a couple of years ago where a certain provider had a premises in London where traders/punters could go for a daily fee of around £50 there was live fast tv pictures there and possibly computers and you could use the facilities to do your trades/bets etc.
I'm sorry that what I'm saying is a little vague as it was a while back that I stumbled on the article. However you can of course investigate on the webb further to find out where this was (I thought it was near Archway in North London). However don't know if the service still exists and whether you can find it in other towns/cities etc

Again sorry if this is a bit vague but several years ago there was talk of people setting up these kind of premises/cafes. Not sure how they would obtain the fast pictures possibly some kind of fee to the racecourses. But the services were definately aimed more at betting traders.
There once used to be a lot of trading/betting cafes in most cities, these have the faster SIS pics which bookies use but most have closed down though I guess a few will still be kicking about somewhere.
I think people realized the second or two advantage they gained over traders at home wasn't worth the £50-£100 cost or whatever it was for a days access when the on-course guys where still way ahead of them

Whenever somebody says "surely someone must know", that usually means nobody knows!

Before questioning if somebody knows the answer, first question whether there is an answer!
I posted a link on your other thread which you obviously didn't bother to read, that explained the technological reasons for the delay.

The main advantage you could get from being at a racetrack imo is you usually can see a clear winner even when they win by nose. Those tight photo finishes... are very easy to judge when your track side.
