Can someone help me with this?
On the left hand side of my spreadsheet I have a lookup chart which contains the columns price, percent and number, currently showing in A B and C.
If I type the price of player 1 in one cell I want player 2's approx price to show in anther cell.
I have tried for 2 hours using lookup but have been defeated.
Thanks

might be an idea to post your sheet so we can take a look and make reccomendations
I haven't done this before.
I've taken a screenshot, selected insert image which brings up img][/img], but I can't seem to paste it.
The details of the spreadsheet are the 350 prices from 1000-1.01 in column A, percent 0.10-99.01 in column B and number 1-350 in column C

Assuming the odds of Player1 are in cell A1 (e.g. 1.50), you can use the following formula in another cell to obtain the approximate odds Player2 should be (e.g. 3.00) to have a 100% book:
=100/(100-(100/A1))
