Im guessing they are trying to automate the inplay switch with some AI or something. Can't imagine a human messing it up so much and still keeping their job!
Betfair Down / Betfair site crash
The earlier mistake at Beverly seems to have been when the idiot mistook the delayed Leicester starting for Beverly.

Crikey, with this and other IP shenanigans recently, maybe should be reviewing the whole In-Play horse racing angle altogether....
You do wonder sometimes just how low tech it is, one guy sat watching split screens pressing the button at the wrong time with hundreds of thousands on the line.PDC wrote: ↑Sat Jul 06, 2019 4:19 pmThe earlier mistake at Beverly seems to have been when the idiot mistook the delayed Leicester starting for Beverly.
Would it be too much to expect they have some actual tech way of turning it in-play on the action of the starter/stalls opening, particularly the UK and IRE races

I was wondering why there was so little money in the Warrambool market, until I placed a back bet and couldn't see it, managed to cash out on my phone for a small loss pre, the horse wins of course.
I wouldn't have thought the streaming issue would affect your view of the money in the market (I'd be really worried if it did) but just your view of your own orders. I could see my orders in the market but not on my bets list or on the ladder.TipTopTrader wrote: ↑Sun Jul 07, 2019 3:55 amI was wondering why there was so little money in the Warrambool market, until I placed a back bet and couldn't see it, managed to cash out on my phone for a small loss pre, the horse wins of course.
Liquidity was dreadful down under this morning. Besides Mudgee it wasn't worth bothering for me.
At the time of posting this streaming still hasn't been fixed. Perhaps they've all gone to bed for the night.
