This rule is supposed to lay horse with odds 10+ in play when there is strong favourite, everything is running as it supposed to but today this happened.

Do you have any idea why this happened ? I am using second best price so i have better chance to get my bet matched inplay.
Not sure what happened
The rule triggered and placed the bet at 28, but when it reached the market (2 secs later due to Betfairs in-play delay) price must have crashed in and much better odds were avaliable so you were matched at 1.5.

Which fits with your log, the lay triggered when it was at 28 but stormed through immedietly after which saw your bet matched at 1.5
