I have an in play automation file that cancels all unmatched bets after specific time/distance. It works on Aus/US fine but not for the French races. The only condition i have added is the distance. I have this set in metres (using less than/greater than commands) and it works for US - even allowing for furlongs. But for some reason it leaves the French ones uncancelled. Anyone know why?
Thanks

In Play Cancellations not working for French Races

Are you able to cancel them manually? Ie is the problem just in the automation or is it generally not canceling them. If it's just the automation then perhaps double check the cancel rule is actually triggering by setting a stored value and logging it?

Thanks for the reply - the main log shows nothing and also the automation log file doesn't show it triggering either. I did notice on previous days that sometimes BF doesn't mark it in play (which i thought could be the reason) but on the races today at Vichy, it did appear to go in play properly - and still no triggering.

I've noticed that France uses a different Market name format: there's no Race Number.
FRA / Longchamp 14th May / 20:40 2100m 4yo Cord
Dubb (AUS) 18th May - 13:15 R1 1000m Mdn
It's possible that BA doesnt parse it correctly when it tries to isolate the distance.

Just double checked this on French races and the Race Distance condition is working correctly and the market name isn't effecting itAnbell wrote: ↑Mon May 18, 2020 4:22 amI've noticed that France uses a different Market name format: there's no Race Number.
