I am looking for some help with merging / joining data from multiple excel spreadsheets.
The issue I have, is some of the data I wish to merge / join into a single master spreadsheet have multiple Worksheet Tabs within one of the spreadsheets.
Could someone with experience of spreadsheets indicate what actions I need to take to merge / join the data from these multiple Worksheet Tabs.

MERGING / JOINING DATA
Merging or joining data from different Excel spreadsheets can be done in many ways it all depends on how many files you're dealing with, how often you need to do it, and how complex the data is. If it's just a one-time thing with a few files, copy/paste works like a charm but if you're dealing with a lot of spreadsheets, you might want to try the consolidation function or Power Query.
