Firing once from a list of runners in excel

Im looking for a way to fire bet in from excel in a list format. There is a spreadsheet on here someone uploaded but I cant get it to work. There not much info in the manual either, so the learning curve is off the chart. I do try to work with chat gpt but not finding it helping in this case.
Anyone got any spreadsheets they want to share please?
