Betangel command on spreadsheet

Hi,
I want to do a lay bet which triggers between 30 seconds and 60 seconds before the off and ensure only one bet per horse for nominal amount of say 10 euro with odds that meet a criteria of between X and Y.

What would you suggest in the individual command in the Bet angel spreadsheet so i avoid:

- placing more than on bet on the market
- the bet isn't an in play bet (pre-race only)


Also - when i place a bet on a market on the excel and then it switches to another market the status column keeps "PLACED" in it and thus doesnt trigger a bet in the new market - does this happen anyone?
