Greening up - a question?

Hi! I think that I've read about that in the forum,but I couldn't remember!

Is it true that "Green all selections" rule could triggering too and if there was no sufficient funds in account to close trade with greening by offseting bet? For example account ballance is £746,but £659 are involved in bets,and if I need a bet of £128 to close a position is it true that "Green all selections" rule could trigger?
