We have new versions of Bet Angel Professional (v1.61.1) and Bet Angel Trader (v1.4.7) for customers in New Zealand following this recent announcement from betfair:
"From Monday 12th February, due to regulatory reasons, all customers who have their Betfair account registered in New Zealand will no longer be able to make API requests to the existing ‘betfair.com’ domain. Any requests will be automatically blocked by IP based restrictions."
The new versions of Bet Angel have an extra 'Betfair Account Region' picklist in the Additional Configuration section.

Update 20th May - Following the delay of the Betfair restrictions in February, Betfair now plan to reintroduce them
from Monday 27th May 2024.

The software is available on the download page.
Customers in all other countries can leave the region set to the default value of 'International' or, if they prefer, can stay with their existing installation of Bet Angel Professional / Trader.

Doesn't affect me, but nonetheless, big well done for getting the new version out so quickly. I know Betfair didn't give you guys much notice on this one!

Betfair asked all vendors to allow customers to use a different betfair domain when connecting to the API from a New Zealand IP address.
As far as we understand it, it's just a different routing through to the same exchange, but if you have any specific queries you're best to raise them direct with betfair.
