calculate back odds from lay odds?

Hey

if I lay a team at 1.7... how can I calculate what that means in back odds.

If I lay at 1.7... and lay 100... then my risk is 70 and the profit will be the 100 i layed.

But how to calculate what that means in back odds? Must be around 2.5 or something, but how to calculate it mathematicly?

1.7/(1.7-1)

for any price x, inverse is x/(x-1)

Converting BACK to LAY -> LAY = ((1-COM)/(BACK-1))+1
Converting LAY to BACK -> BACK = ((1-COM)/(LAY-1))+1
