How to set up export all stored values when a market is closed?

I tried to set trigger as event start time from 00:00:00 to 23:00:00
and condition as suspended or closed.
So when the market is suspended or closed, it will export, but it never triggers

And also why is it limited to Any selection. If I want to export all selection, I have to do one for Row 1, one for Row 2 etc?

Use the 'Always Armed' option

When using this rule type the applied to is for conditions only - not the selection the rule triggers on
If you are not using any condition then it doesn't matter what you choose here, personally I just leave it as the default Betfair row 1

Have a similar data export issue - I want to collect various stored values through a football game, then export all these values, only once, at the end of the game, i.e. after the market is suspended how do I trigger the rule?
